The booming echoes become a part of me
driving my feet foward,
in a desperate frenzy, i fly.
with every sweep of my hands and step of my feet
i am pushed furthur past my limits
past all boundaries
past all expectations
into the unknown
Adrenaline sends my heart thumping
Filling it with a life of it's own
The rhythm it creates controls me
one minute foward
one moment backwards.
A natural, flowing rhythm that feels
oh so right
Nothing can stop me. I am invincible.
you can try to step up
but i'll kick you aground
in a twisting flurry of feet
every so often i find myself booted
my place taken with a misstep
and a trip
but i'll always rise back
